Warranty

 

All LiveTrek GPS trackers come with a 12-month hardware warranty from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated).

 

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

 

What We Will Do

 

If a covered defect occurs within the warranty period, Lintek Tracking Solutions Ltd (or an authorised service partner) will:

 

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the defective component at no cost, once the product has been returned for assessment.

 

What You Need

 

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  • Product returned to Lintek for inspection

Warranty Exclusions

 

This warranty does not apply if the product has:

 

  • Been modified, tampered with, or altered
  • Been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accident
  • Been used outside of recommended guidelines
  • Been repaired by unauthorised parties
  • Suffered liquid damage from excessive exposure
  • Had its serial number or IMEI removed, altered, or damaged

Additional Notes

 

  • This warranty does not cover SIM cards (including OneNZ/Vodafone prepaid SIMs)
  • Warranty is limited to hardware only
  • Any implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for purpose) are limited to the 12-month period
